Midsole: Heel ProGrid LITE, Saucony's lightest version of ProGrid, is 20% more responsive than EVA and continues to provide great cushioning. EVA+ (high abrasion EVA) is a lightweight grade of EVA that provides cushioning and resists wear and tear. A Supportive TPU Arc provides gentle pronation control for just a touch of support. Removable, perforated EVA sockliner for enhanced cushioning and comfort. An HRC Strobel board increases cushioning and comfort, right out of the box.

Love Saucony shoes. I'm normally a Guide guy. I find Hurricanes to fit like the Guide. Tried Mirage on price and found it snug with a really tight toe box. I consider my foot to be on the narrow side as well. Not a bad shoe, but if you like Guide/Hurricane, I'd stick with them.
