Processing and Shipping

Orders placed before 2:00pm (EST) Monday-Saturday begin processing the same day.
Orders placed after 2:00pm (EST) Monday-Saturday and any orders placed Sunday begin processing the next business day.
Most orders process and ship within two business days; however, please be aware that orders being shipped to a second address may take slightly longer to process and ship.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.
Most orders are shipped from Holabird Sports in Baltimore, MD; however some larger items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.

Delayed military mail piece contact information:

Transit times will vary depending on operational conditions and the unit of the addressee. Those in established bases should continue to receive regular service, while those in forward areas or engaged in operations may experience longer arrival times due to logistical constraints.

When it appears that the difficulty has occurred after the mail has left the jurisdiction of the United States Postal Service, the matter is referred to the Military Postal Service Agency (MPSA), the Department of Defense liaison agency with the Postal Service that has overall responsibility for Postal operations at military locations overseas.

Canada (Air Parcel Post)

Shipping Specials

We occasionally offer shipping specials on individual items and a free shipping note will appear on the product page.

Please be aware that any free shipping specials are only available for that item and you will need to select the appropriate shipping option at checkout. Other items ordered will be charged the current rate. To avoid additional charges when expedited shipping is offered, you may want to place a separate order for the item being shipped free. If free ground shipping is being offered on an item priced lower than $69.95 and you add additional items to your cart, the free shipping will only be applied again after the order subtotal reaches $69.95.

Out of Stock Items

We work hard to ensure that our stock is as accurate as possible; however, occasionally items shown as available may actually be out of stock. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If an item you ordered is unavailable we will contact you immediately.

Shipping Restrictions

Manufacturer Restrictions. Due to manufacturer policies some items cannot be shipped outside of the U.S. Restricted products are noted and you will be alerted of any problems during checkout.
Ball hoppers, ball machines, tennis balls, racquetball balls, tennis court equipment, stringing machines and court maintenance equipment must be shipped ground delivery and therefore cannot be shipped outside the continental U.S. These items do not qualify for FREE Ground Shipping.
Tennis Ball Quantity Restriction. There is a quantity limit of 72 Cans (3 Cases) to qualify for flat rate shipping. If ordering more than 72 cans, please contact us for the exact shipping cost.
