Allows players with persistent pain to resume play with virtually no pain and greatly reduces the chances of re-injury. Even players who have not experienced tennis elbow, as well as beginning players, may wear the splint as a preventive device. The splint utilizes individually tightened loop lock Velcro closures at the wrist and forearm to secure and support the forearm muscles. The alloy bar secured to the wrist and forearm closures prevents them from slipping during play and reduces the vibration from the off-center hits. This simple and comfortable device has been tested for years with nearly all wearers reporting immediate relief from pain. Continued wearing has greatly limited the chances for re-injury.

Size is too large for most women

      Comments about Spiro Elbow Splint:

I borrowed a splint similar to this for my tennis elbow and it worked well. I bought two of these splints in both sizes. The ladies size is too big for my arm and very awkward to put on as you have to pull the velcro part through the slot to make it fit. It fits my husband which is good as the mens size is much too big for him.

          Comments about Spiro Elbow Splint:

Overall, it is a good product at a very reasonable price that did help with my pain and allow me to do more. Shipped very quickly too.

Was told by my doctor to get one for my elbow. In her printout the sizing options were s, m, l. I'm not the biggest guy, so I'm a med in almost everything. But, when ordering online the choice was men's or women's. Figuring it would be worse if it were too big, and seeing how little the two sized were different, I went with the women's. When it came, it said SMALL right on... and surprise, it's a little small. I wish I had the opportunity to order a medium. It likely would have been more comfortable and helpful.

          • Q:

I have been using the Spiro Elbow Splint for years. I wear a size extra small; however I now see that the Spiro Elbow Splint is only offered in "women's" rather than a size. Is this now comparable to a size extra small? Thank you so much.

            • A:

The Womens size measures 2 3/8ths" at the width of wrist, and 6 5/8ths" at the length of splint, with the mens size running a little bigger. This is comparable to a small.

              A:

The sizing for this item has shifted to "Men's/Adult" and "Women's/Junior." The Women's size fits a wrist approximately 2 3/8" wide and the splint is 6 5/8" long. The Men's size fits a wrist approximately 2 5/8" wide and the split is approximately 7 1/8" long.
