Q:
are shot blocks OK for a 8 year old boy and if so how much is oK?Asked on 7/11/2012 by hockeymom1 answer
A:
Clif SHOT Bloks are primarily designed for performance athletes, but any of the non-caffeinated flavors are OK for children. The caffeinated flavors are not recommended for children. Although a serving size is considered three Bloks, it really ultimately depends upon the individual as well as the intensity and duration of the activity. If you have any concerns, we would recommend consulting your child's pediatrician.Answered on 7/16/2012 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
