i'm a size 11, and it only lists sizes A through D. How do you figure out your size?

  According to the size chart, a women's size 8-11 would require an insole size B; if you are a man, you would require size E.

  If you wear a men's size 11 you will need a size E. Size E will fit a men's 11-12.5, so the insole may be too long for your shoe initially. Simply lay your old insole on top of the new insole and trace around the toe. You can then trim the new insole to make sure that it fits appropriately inside your shoe.
