I use the Sof Sole® Athlete™ Insole in my tennis shoes. I play tennis three times a week on hard courts. The insole that come with most tennis shoes are slightly lighter than these Insoles, but the Sof Sole Insoles provide much better shock absorbtion.

When I first bought these, I immediately fell in love with it. I stand and walk alot at my job and these insoles changed the way my feet feels after a long day of work. I also use it with my running shoes when I run on the treadmill. It is very comfortable and reduced the pain on my feet when I run since I am a beginner.

The size B would be about the correct size; however, sizes A and B for this insole are specifically designed to accommodate a woman's unique foot structure and probably would not fit a man's foot appropriately. You should be able to get a size C and trim it down to size. Simply remove the factory insole from the shoe and use it as a pattern to trim the toe of your new insole down to fit.Answered on 12/17/2012 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
