Q:
How do I record heart rate? Which button do I push on the watch? I have pushed them all to no avail.Asked on 11/12/2012 by Liz from Denver2 answers
A:
There is no button for it, its automatic.Answered on 11/12/2012 by Community Answer from NoneA:
Before starting, make sure that the chest strap fits tightly without being uncomfortable. You should wet the electrode areas of the strap well under running water and make sure that they are firmly against your skin. Then, simply wear the transmitter and the training computer (watch). Press OK and then wait until your heart rate is displayed, then press OK again to start recording.Answered on 11/12/2012 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
