Comments about Timex Ironman 100-Lap Flix 5E231:
i am a runner and i have been running with this watch for years. The best feature of this watch is the split time. Since i run for 9 minutes and i walk for a minute, this option helps me to train the way i want. The only thing that i don't like about this watch is that the strap wears quickly. That is, I have always had to comunicate with Timex in order to order new straps.

Q:
How do I reset the time from EDST?Asked on 11/13/2012 by Russ from Tampa, FL1 answer
A:
To change the time zone, simply hold the SET/RECALL button, then press the + or – button to select Time Zone 1 or 2. Then press the NEXT button to select hours and use the + or – button to change the hours. Press NEXT again and use the same procedure to change minutes and seconds.Answered on 11/14/2012 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
