I use my heart rate monitor everyday when I work out. I love it ! I do lots of interval training so, it helps me to see that my heart rate goes back down to resting before I start again.

The chest strap battery is easy to change and requires no special tools. Complete instructions for replacing the chest strap battery are included in the product manual. Timex does not recommend changing the watch battery yourself. To avoid the possibility of damaging the watch, Timex recommends taking it to a Timex store or jeweler to have the battery replaced.Answered on 12/18/2012 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
