I was actually shipped the wrong machine and had to return it.
In the same week I ordered a NEW Ball Machine, and when I received it, found that it had been obiviously sent out before and return. There were parts & manuals missing, the charger included was not the one shipped from the manufacturer and someone had used the box to play a game of hangman!
