My tube came warped at the end where balls are supposed to pour out when the tube is inverted. The manufacturer puts a thick rubber band on this end to hold balls in the tube. It permanently warped the tube on this end so that you have to squeeze the end back into a circular shape to get the balls out. Holabird gets 5 stars for no hassle return policy, but it did cost $10 to send it back.

since it is new, you have to push down harder than one would expect to pick up the balls. I expect it will become less tight and easier to use after it is broken in for a while. only used it to pick up a few hundred balls so far
