This windscreen is fastened to the fence using tie wraps (http://www.holabirdsports.com/windscreen-tie-wraps-100-count.html). Simply cut or punch out small holes every 12 to 18 inches and use the tie-wraps to secure windscreen to the fence.Answered on 4/12/2013 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
