Polyester. Typhoon is extruded with a pentagon profile and is then additionally twisted axially for maximum bite and control. Delivering pinpoint accuracy with outstanding spin and tension maintenance, Typhoon also provides enhanced feel and power.

Genesis Typhoon is made from a proprietary composite formula of high-tech polyester resin that is combined with new performance enhancing chemical additives. The poly ether material with aluminum fibers offers players the best in feel and power. An extra coating of Teflon increases the liveliness.

Saw online that ivo karlovic plays with this string. I knew I had to try it then!! But seriously this string has it all. If you think luxilon is any good think again. try the typhoon string from genesis. Great product. and the price point is even better

The Genesis Typhoon is an awesome string. I have tried RPM Blast, Alu Power, and Black Code. None of those strings even come close to typhoon. Lots of spin from this string. it has a rough feeling to it which helps a lot. I was quite surprised too by the amount of pop I was able to generate.
