Comments about Jet Pac Small Sling Reptilian Bronze:
I had to return the bag because the inside of one of the zippers began fraying, so I hope that's not indicative of the quality of the product. (I have asked for a replacement.) While I was using the bag, I appreciated:
• that it could hold two rackets securely
• the hook for hanging it on the fence
• having an insulated pouch for a bottled drink
• having a separate compartment for tennis balls, tennis clothes, shoes
The marketing materials make a big deal about the number of pockets in this bag, but many of them are too difficult to access. I would prefer, for example, having a larger phone pocket, and having the front pocket unzip on two or three sides. I assume the elasticized pockets in the main compartment are for shoes, which is a nice idea, but my size 8s barely fit in them.
Service and delivery comments:
The customer service agent handling my return/exchange was very nice, but I was disappointed that Holabird's policy is for me to return the item (at my expense), wait for them to determine if the product is defective, wait for them to ship me a replacement, and then wait for them to refund me the shipping cost, meaning I'm currently without a tennis bag and I'm not sure when my replacement will arrive.
