  Start by laying the new headband over the existing headband. Secure the ends of the headband to the net posts with two pieces of the cord through the first eyelets on each side. With the rest of the cord, lace the headband to the net, making sure to pull the cord tightly as you go so that the headband is held securely to the net.

  You don't have to remove the old headband because this one will fit right over the previous headband.
