Comments about Generation UCAN Superstarch Tub (30 Servings):

I have never been able to use the typical pre-workout drinks - always too much sugar and didn't sit well on stomach. This stuff is not the greatest in taste - however, it is so worth the benefits. No stomach issues, no sickening sugar feeling like a bowling ball in your stomach, felt great during and after. This is the newest item in my extended workout regime. Love it.

Comments about Generation UCAN Superstarch Tub (30 Servings):

I use this product for medicinal reasons not for sports performance. I use it for a similar reason that is was created. I have mitochondrial metabolic disease and my muscles do not get energy correctly. Regular cornstarch helps but you have to take it a lot and repetitively. I can take less of the superstarch and put it in my Gatorade G2 with my protein powder and I have a super drink to keep me going throughout the day. I had to start slow on it as my body couldn't handle the dosage recommended but I am nearly up to a full scoop. I have tried to get the word out to the Mito community to let them know this product exists.

Comments about Generation UCAN Superstarch Tub (30 Servings):

I use can superstarch to power my first thing in the morning workouts. It is the best I have ever tried. I use it pre and sometimes post workout and it is fantastic. It beats anything else on the market as I have tried dextrose, maltodextrin, waxy maize and even vitargo.

Comments about Generation UCAN Superstarch Tub (30 Servings):

I bought the unflavored version so I could mix it and make any flavor I want. On it's own it not great tasting but I mix it with stevia flavored bottles and also with fruit juice to create my own flavorings. If this is not your thing then buy the pre-flavored version. I find I need less of this to get the same nutrition the sugary gel versions provide. Also I don't get the weird gut rot feeling in my stomache when I use it.

It does what it does and it does it well. But it is gross and hard to manage if your doing something like a ultra multi day bikepacking race.
