Comments about Penn Pressureless Bucket of 48:

I ordered the Penn pressureless balls bases on other review. After hitting with the ball today, I find the balls to be soft. The sound upon hitting these balls is the same sound as you get from regular pressure balls when they are flat. I have used the Gamma pressureless balls previously and much prefer the Gamma balls

Comments about Penn Pressureless Bucket of 48:

I like this Penn pressures balls. They bounce consistent and have good feel to them. Granted like all pressures balls they are a bit heavier then normal tennis balls. But I find these to be a bit nicer to hit with then Gamma or Tourna.

Comments about Penn Pressureless Bucket of 48:

I am a 5.5 player and use a Lobster Elite ball machine as my portable backboard when I travel or can't find a hitting partner. I have literally put hundreds of thousands of balls through my machines with revealing results. Regular tournament level tennis balls are only good for pre-competition practice. Ball machines eat them up almost instantly. Not so the new Penn pressureless balls. These Penn pressureless balls are far superior to any other brand I've used in my machines. They keep their felt and true bounce much better than the competition. I like their durability so far, too. Excellent product.

Comments about Penn Pressureless Bucket of 48:

The balls work well in my Silent Partner ball machine. Good and consistent bounce. Felt is very thick but is thinning through use in the ball machine. Ball is a little heavier than pressure filled balls but it is not significant. Overall very pleased with the quality and value of these balls.

                    • About Penn
Penn is one of the most recognized names in tennis balls. Penn was started in Jeanette, Pennsylvania in 1910. Since then they have developed some of the most important tennis ball enhancements. Penn was the first to invent pressurized ball cans. Next they invented the first fluorescent yellow tennis balls. In 1973, the USPTA used Pro Penn tennis balls as their official ball. Throughout the past 100 years Penn has made revolutionary discoveries that have continually improved the tennis ball.
