By replacing the traditional pin-sized string holes with giant O-Ports, a super aerodynamic frame has been created with a more responsive stringbed. This increases the sweet spot by 54%, creating a Sweet Zone, which means you hit your best shots more often. What's truly impressive is that Prince did it all without enlarging the racquet head, increasing it's length, or adding weight. So it's easy to maneuver and quicker through the air.
The new O³ engineered racquets are created through a one step fusion process that utilizes the strongest structure known to mman, the Arch, creating the frame's O-Ports. These O-Ports stabilize the racquet and provide total string freedom for a livelier response across the entire string bed. This eliminates the dead zone that traditional string holes create, giving players more consistency, greater stability and more confidence to hit their best shots more often. In addition, the O-Ports aerodynamic design provides a faster swing speed, enabling players to reach more balls and win more points, more often.

Comments about Prince O3 Silver Oversize:
I have played tennis for more than 40 years but for the past 10 years I have been at best a recreational player. I just got back into tennis again when a high school coaching position opened up. Since then I have really worked on my game and decided to replace my old, heavy ESTUSA. The Prince O3 Silver OS is a world of difference. It is light, high powered and maneuverable. It took me a while to learn to control the shots due to the differences but that was to be expected with an OS. I am getting older so I don't have to work as hard with this racquet but if you want to you can hit hard. This is my 2nd O3 Silver purchase. I was so impressed with the first one I wanted a backup for it.

Comments about Prince O3 Silver Oversize:
Great all around racket. I have played for years with a Head SI 6 and I never thought I would like a racket any better; however, I think this is an overall better racket for a 60+ player.

Q:
I am an older doubles player.Serve and volley.4.0 level using more classic strokes. Is this racquet a good option. Using WIlson Triad for shock control for elbow now.Asked on 6/4/2012 by jim2 answers
A:
The Prince O3 is an excellent choice for an older player who plays traditional games.Answered on 6/4/2012 by Community Answer from NoneA:
The O3 Silver is a great racquet for doubles players looking to add some pop to their volleys. It has an oversized head and a large sweetspot making it a forgiving racquet. Although it doesn't transmit more shock than any other racquet, the Prince O3 Silver does not have any particular shock absorbing technologies either. If shock absorption is a major concern for you, then you may want to try something different. Several of Wilson's racquets still use Triad technology and Pro Kennex racquets are also specially designed to combat shock and tennis elbow.Answered on 6/5/2012 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
