GT Technology: Graphite Tungsten Technology is a hybrid material containing braided carbon fibers and tungsten filaments throughout the entire racquet. This customized performance booster improves racquet performance based on the concentration of Tungsten fibers at various strategic parts of the frame. The main benefit is increased power and versatility. A value added aspect of GT technology is that the added concentration of Tungsten in the head of the racquet strengthens the frame (up to 26% more than the previous Pure Drive) to reduce torque and increase precision.

Cortex Active Technology: Thanks to its new construction and CDS (Cortex Dampening System) interface, the latest edition of Babolat’s active Cortex technology ensures seamless transmission of the most essential information directly to the player’s hand for an incomparable feel and a master’s control of each and every hit.

Woofer Technology: The first and most efficient system which makes the frame and strings interact when striking the ball: 25% longer ball/string contact. Better control, more comfort.

Elliptic Geometry: Optimal design to guarantee the best torsion resistance: +20% stiffer compared to a traditional beam. Better maneuverability with more power.

        A:

Maneuverability essentially just refers to how easy the racquet is to swing or move. From a technical standpoint, it's a bit of a broad term and means different things to different people. Essentially, lightweight racquets that are balanced head light will be the most maneuverable while heavy racquets that are balanced head heavy will be the least maneuverable. The length of the racquet also has an effect. There are infinite combinations of weight, balance, and length, so it's tough to judge a racquet just based on those three raw numbers. Fortunately, someone came up with a way to calculate a statistic called swing weight that provides a rough approximation of how heavy a racquet feels while it is being swung. The swing weight calculation takes into account a racquet's weight, balance, and length and returns a number. The higher the number, the heavier (and less "maneuverable") a racquet will feel while in motion. The lower the number, the lighter (and more "maneuverable") a racquet will feel while in motion.
