I use this in the mains with gut. i've also used it in a full setup too. i find it better than RPM, even if it is just because of the color. it's not not easy on the arm. i mean, i don't typically have tennis elbow issues. however, i've heard others say that it is, but i have not experienced it. i definitely recommend to anyone.
