This is absolutely so much better than the normal gut. honestly, i'm not a fan of dark colors and would prefer the normal color of gut. but this is sooo much better. while they say it increases 15%, it increases so much more interestingly enough. i don't string my own racquets, but the person who strung it said it was much easier to string with the coating, so that's always good. great string.
