Should it (Solinco TBS 17) be strung at a lower tension than my regular string. (Gamma pro 17).

  I usually recommend that people string 2-3 pounds looser with polyester strings than they do with multifilament strings. Stringing a little bit looser helps compensate for a polyester string's stiffness but in the end it really is a matter of personal preference—some players will like the slightly reduced tension, others will not. Tour Bite Soft (as indicated by the name) is a little bit more forgiving (and less stiff) than a traditional polyester string so you may be able ultimately string it as tight as you do with your regular strings. I would suggest lowering your tension the first time you string with the Solinco Tour Bite Soft. If it ends up feeling too loose, you can string a bit tighter next time you get your racquet restrung.
