I'm a 4.5 and play 5 to 6 times a week. Use the Wilson 6.3 110 racquet. String at 55 pounds. Pro Blend is better than the other hybrid brands I've tried the last 5 years. When hitting the sweet spot, there's a good sound coming off the strings knowing the ball is well hit. Need to hit out as balls will land short if not taking a good swing.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
Prince tennis racquets have always been revolutionary; in fact, they made the very first oversized racquet. Today, Prince racquets can be found in the hands of pros—like David Ferrer and Gael Monfils—and recreational players alike. Overall, Prince tennis racquets are known for increased ball control and stability and a significant reduction of frame vibration, making them perfect for any player type. But Prince doesn't just make tennis racquets. They also make fine tennis shoes, tennis apparel, grips, strings, squash racquets, and squash eyeguards.
