I am looking for Wilson NXT Duo Tour 16 or its rough equivalent. Would that be Wilson NXT Duo II or something else?

  Yes, the NXT Duo II is very similar to the original NXT Duo. NXT Duo II simply combines Luxilon Adrenaline and NXT instead of Wilson Enduro Pro and NXT.
