If you normally wear a size 10, you should be fine with a medium; however the manufacturer also provides sizing based on waist and hip measurements: size small will fit a 28-29" waist / 37-38" hip; size medium will fit a 30-31" waist / 39-40" hip; size large will fit a 32-34" waist / 42-43" hip; and size extra large will fit a 36-38" waist / 45-47" hip.Answered on 5/21/2013 by Ryan from Holabird SportsA:
