This shoe was heavy, but it did offer good support and durability. Unfortunately, I had to buy another pair about a month after I got them, because some of the loops the laces go through tore and i could not tie them any longer. But again, the same thing happened to the second pair a month later so I switched to Federer's shoes and have been happy since.

I am 6'4 220 lbs, so finding a shoe that has good support and durability is important to me. I usually wear holes through my tennis shoes in a few months (e.g. Adidas Barricades, Nike Cages). Aesthetics are important to me too. The Ballistecs have a stiff midsole and insole which provide firm support. The outsole and welt are made from thick rubber, so I think the shoes will be durable. I purchased the White/Royal Navy color scheme and I think the shoes look great. The shoes RUN NARROW though, especially in the toebox, so if you have normal/wide feet, order 0.5 to 1 size larger than your normal shoe size.
