I play a lot of both racketball and tennis in the winter.The 308's are the best shoes for shock obsorbtion I have had. The grip is excellent too as well as the heel stability. My only gripe at all would be the fore foot. The width is fine but the fore foot is a little too loose.

the shoes looks great and feel like it has a lot of cushion. I did not use it yet because when I tried it on it was very narrow and was hurting my foot. I would recommend this shoe ONLY if it was Wider.
