Junior Camp Program (ages 6-18)
The Holabird Sports Tennis Camp at UMBC caters to junior players (ages 6-18) of all skill levels. Whether you're a beginner or a tournament player, our camps are a great opportunity to build solid techniques and learn new skills, all while developing great camaraderie and sportsmanship.
During each week-long camp session, our experienced coaching staff will offer training to help develop your singles and/or doubles game. Campers will receive on-court instruction, strategy presentations, match play opportunities, and more. At the end of each camp session, each camper will receive a personalized evaluation of strengths and weaknesses to aid their continued on-court development.
Campers will be evaluated on the first day and placed in groups to maximize their potential. The program includes one continuous week of instruction and campers may select Overnight, Extended Day, Full Day, or Half Day for each session attended. The camp has plenty to offer for players of all ability levels—from beginners to advanced players.
