I play tennis in these socks all the time. They provide extra cushioning for my tennis shoes. I feet do not hurt after playing for hours on hard courts. My feet still feel cool even when I spent hours on hot hard courts. Also, primarily because of the extra padding, I wear these socks with runnig shoes which I use for everyday walking. I like the style with the cuffs. I have recommended these socks to friends and they like them as much as I do.
