I was REALLY hoping to replace the old-style TRETORN; padded, light, like sliping into a comforter. The new canvas shoe is just a thin canvas with no cushie features.

It was suggested ,after asking for my present make and size,that I order 1/2 size larger. As it turned out I wore the shoes to the court upon receipt and after wearing same realized they were too big. Of course I couldn't return them at that point. I was rather disappointed to say the least.I remember Tretorn shoes from 40 years ago and remembered they were light weight,which I was looking for. dorothybeth in Hawaii

i have narrow feet w/with problems. high instep, was broken. thes shoes helped with comfort style, etc. wore them everywhere casually. now they doubled in price and instep not quite high enough. will not buy anymore. on fixed income and no extra for that much on canvas shoe. sorry. they are a great shoe.
