The Vibram Bikila LS is perfect for runners who want the natural running feel, but might have a higher arch or wider feet. A unique speed lace system will keep your foot locked in and keep debris out.
Upper: Athletic padded collar and topline. Single hook-and-loop closure secures your foot for a comfortable fit. 3M reflective surfaces provide enhanced visibility for low light running situations. Coconut Active Carbon upper for natural breathability. Abrasion resistant PU toe protection. Closed quick lace system with an adjustable toggle and a hook-and-loop lock-down tab that assures a custom fit for a wide range of foot types.
Midsole: Dri-Lex® covered 3mm polyurethane insole. EVA arch follows the contour of the foot and reduces weight.
Outsole: 4mm anatomical pod outsole design that offers more plating protection and distributes forefoot impact without compromising important ground feedback essential to a proper forefoot strike running form. Vibram TC-1 performance rubber delivers excellent "foot feel" without compromising abrasion resistance. Bikila tread design offers more traction over a variety of surfaces.

To Measure Your Foot:
- Stand with your heels flush against a flat vertical wall.
- Slide a ruler under each foot and measure the distance from the wall to the top of the longest toe.
- Take the longer of the two foot measurements.
- If the foot length varies more than 1/6" it will be difficult to get a precise fit for both feet.
- If your second toe is more than 1/6" longer than your big toe it may be difficult to get a precise fit.
