I started running a little over a year ago, and love it. These were my first pair of mizunos, and I love them. I have flat feet and my arch collapses when I walk, and I also tend to overpronate. These sneakers have been great. First day out of the box I went for a 5 mile run, and there was no 'breaking in period'. I am very pleased!

I have been wearing Asics Nimbus for years. The last year I have not had good luck with them so wanted to try something different. I read all the great reviews about these so tried them in a half size bigger than I usually wear with orthotics as suggested and they fit perfectly. I usually take a 7 in shoes w/o orthortics, 7 1/2 in running shoes w/orthotics, 8 in these w/orthotics. Very comfortable out of the box, I have had no problems w/foot or ankle pain as I did before. Great shoes! Highly recommend! I will be ordering more to alternate shoes. I run approx 35-40 miles per week 5-10 mile runs. I bought them on a daily deal to try, great deal, Holabird has best pricing.

I run several times a week and have always used Mizuno shoes. I find I need to add a little extra arch support due to my flat footedness and pronation. I have trained for and ran a half marathon in these shoes and they felt great. They run small so I go up a full size from my regular shoes.
