Vibram TC-1 performance rubber delivers excellent "foot feel" without compromising abrasion resistance. Bikila tread design offers more traction over a variety of surfaces.

To Measure Your Foot:
- Stand with your heels flush against a flat vertical wall.
- Slide a ruler under each foot and measure the distance from the wall to the top of the longest toe.
- Take the longer of the two foot measurements.
- If the foot length varies more than 1/6" it will be difficult to get a precise fit for both feet.
- If your second toe is more than 1/6" longer than your big toe it may be difficult to get a precise fit.

Sizing for the Vibram shoes is a bit different than conventional shoe sizing. Instead of comparing to your normal shoe size, it is best to measure your foot in inches, and then compare the measurement to the sizing chart Vibram provides. Start by standing with your heels flush against a flat vertical wall. Slide a ruler under each foot and measure the distance from the wall to the top of the longest toe. Take the longer of the two measurements and compare it to the sizing chart on the product page to select a size. A foot measuring 8 7/8" should try a size 37, 9 1/8" should try a size 38, 9 3/8" should try a size 39, 9 5/8" should try a size 40, and 9 7/8" should try a size 41.Answered on 4/4/2013 by Ryan from Holabird Sports
