      Finally an ASICS womens tennis shoe in a Wide

      I always wear ASICS for walking shoes because of the great fit of certain models, good arch and cushioning and the availability of D width. But I was unable to get a D width tennis shoe. This is a really comfortable, stable shoe. Heavy due to the need for a stable sole design for tennis and pickleball, but they don’t feel heavy once they are on my feet. I haven’t had them long enough to evaluate durability, but I’ve always had good luck with ASICS as long as I buy the higher priced models with good cushioning.

      So far so good!

      This is my first pair of court shoes as I just took up pickleball. They fit as expected and they provide a lot of lateral support. The only negative I found is that the show itself is not very breathable so my feet get hot especially when playing outside. I am wearing thinner socks now which helps, but I don’t know if this is typical of court shoes or if it is just this pair!
