Trail Running
I’ve been running on Nike Zoom Fly 4, tempo work on Saucony Endorphins and trail running in Hoka ATRs. Was looking for a more responsive and lighter trail running shoe than the Hoka. Also, I’ve been finding myself running in more road and dirt trail situations, so I wanted a shoe that had more duality.
These Brooks were the perfect answer. Light weight and super responsive while more than adequate grip. Only drawback is that they lack comfort on asphalt and the shoe feels a little too flat when running on flat surfaces.
Recently did 5 days in mammoth... 10 mile trail runs each day and these were both durable and nimble through difficult terrain.
