I've converted from the Brooks Adrenaline to the Ghost a few years ago after starting to experience pain on the outside of my foot. I was told the ghost and adrenaline are basically the same shoe but the adrenaline has more stabilizing features. I've probably owned about 6 pairs of ghost and they are a great all purpose shoe. I wear them walking and at the gym. I wouldn't wear them to play racquet sports though. My only complaint is that they seem to breakdown more quickly than I recall. But a new pair of ghosts are super comfy and supportive!
