I am pleased that the "20" seems much more comfortable than the "19". I sent the "19" back after I ordered it, due to the size feeling so off (too small with pinching at end and sides of toes on the "19"). The "20" has more room in the toe box. I've walked around the house for a bit with these on and have yet to try them outdoors. So far, I am pleased.
