Awful customer service, difficult return process
The band that I ordered was the wrong size, I called to get a “return number” and asked the rep to help me order the appropriate size for the watch so I could e change it instead of returning and then representing. She told me just to send it back and reorder what I needed. I own a small business and my employees nor myself would handle a situation like that. Not happy.
