Good string

I am a stringer and this purchase was to boost my supply for customers. When I ordered this string, there was a picture on the string package showing 16 ga comfort sku 010996 which is I wanted. When the string came swiftly and was opened it was 16 ga POWER and not COMFORT which I thought I was getting. I didn't raise an issue at that time but since I was sent a survey, I decided to bring up the situation.
