I really like this shoe so much that I have it in 3 different color combo's! I'll highlight what I like most and then the cons....first off I will say I jog/run and walk in these daily 2-4 miles. I'm not a trained athlete, I do not run marathons so I wear what feels good on my feet to stay healthy and active. With that said , the pro's of this shoe are it's very light, I love the 5mm drop and the different color ways are fun! Now, a few things that could be better at least for me is I don't have a lot of padding on the bottom of my forefoot so I usually have to replace the insoles with a little more thickness. I had morton's neuroma surgery years ago on one foot and so with the nerve gone i just need a little more padding as I found the insoles to be very very thin. I'm sure this works for those who run miles upon miles, I just need a little more cushion to protect my foot from injury. I also found I had to go down a half size in these compared to the Clifton 9's which I think could be because they are all knitted one piece shoe. I just had too much free space to move around in the forefoot mostly the top of the foot and then I would like to say the laces are way to long as I have to double knot them so they aren't flopping all over the place. One more thing to add I do a runner's heel lockdown lacing on all my shoes and with this shoe it is impossible. Because of the one piece it's weird how the lacing is anyways. I have looked at the 1st version of the Carbon X , but…
