I've been wearing Mizuno running sneakers for 8-9 years now and feel in love with many of their older styles and versions. Over the years it has been hard to predict how the shoes will feel without trying them on first though since really over the past 5 years they have continuously made drastic changes to the materials they use, styles, and insoles. I am a neutral runner and need a light sneaker for more speed- these do the trick, but Mizuno, what is up with the bumpy insole? I can always pop on a fresh pair and go without risking blisters, but wow, what a bumpy, rigid insole! They take a few good long runs to really break down the insole. If you can deal with about 20-25 miles of discomfort, until the insole breaks in, then I recommend. My feet are pretty tough after running my whole life so it doesn't bother me much.
