Good way to keep track of your activities but.......

As a runner, swimmer, and sometimes biker, I have used Nathan's Training Log for many years (since 1982) and have been generally satisfied with keeping track of my activities using their product. But, I would agree with another reviewer that the number of pages is at least one short of logging activities for the whole year. This causes me to cram logging more than one weeks of activities, on one page, which should only be used for one week, at the end of the year, Also, with editions of the last few years, the first day of the week is marked Sunday (S) when it was, for many years marked Monday (M), which is how I view my first day of activity. This causes me to remark each page with the way I view the start of the week.

Rapid delivery of the Nathan Training Log

Great way to record and keep up with training conditions, miles run and biked, laps swum and misc. activities like sit ups and push ups. Good stretching info for the beginner and a place for injuries (and what caused and how not to repeat).

      Excellent training diary

I have been using the Nathan training log for more than 20 years. I love having a written record of my training history throughout the years, which serve as inspiration and motivation to keep me doing my best to maintain an optimal level of physical fitness. The notes/comments section enables me to record relevant objective and subjective information regarding my exercise experiences.

      Excellent Training Log

I use the Nathan Traing Log to track my workouts, mileage and weight. I add notes for Special Events like doctor appointments, sporting events, family outings and vacations. I even track injury downtime with this Log. I ride over 2500 miles/yr and own a Garmin and am on Strava. Probably the most convenient thing about the NathanLog is I keep it on my countertop and can refer to it easy. Kind of old school, but extremely effective!

Been using for years. Love the size and formate.

I started using many years ago as a runner. I now do triathlon's and endurance events. I modify your book to align with my work outs. Do you make a book for Triathlete's?
