Good way to keep track of your activities but.......
As a runner, swimmer, and sometimes biker, I have used Nathan's Training Log for many years (since 1982) and have been generally satisfied with keeping track of my activities using their product. But, I would agree with another reviewer that the number of pages is at least one short of logging activities for the whole year. This causes me to cram logging more than one weeks of activities, on one page, which should only be used for one week, at the end of the year, Also, with editions of the last few years, the first day of the week is marked Sunday (S) when it was, for many years marked Monday (M), which is how I view my first day of activity. This causes me to remark each page with the way I view the start of the week.
