Buy at least a size bigger than usual

I bought these shoes for work because I needed slip resistant shoes. I always buy New Balance shoes because they are so comfortable. These shoes are the opposite. They run extremely small. They are extremely tight. I lose circulation in my toes from these shoes. If you plan on buying these shoes you better buy them at least one size larger tan you usually wear. Only plus is that they are very light.
