This is pair number 4 of this shoe for me
This shoe was recommended to me by the Lair shoe clinic at the Mayo clinic in Rochester. My doctor sent me to them. It holds an orthotic cushioned posted insert like aetrex after you take out the liner and thus keeps you from rolling your ankles in. It also has the largest toe box of any regular walking shoe so it prevents ingrown toenails. It is not stylish. Lair told me that they sold a lot of them to doctors and nurses at Mayo. I think anyone who works on their feet would like them. I bought one size up for the insert.
