Gave it 5 stars because it really helps ease the pain and is very good targeting the ice on the Achilles. BUT BE CAREFUL when you freeze the ice packs. The paper siding should never be wet going into the freezer if you have folded the pack in half because the paper sides stick together and rupture the pack making it unusable. We have ruined 2 out of 4 already :-( but we still love the product and have ordered another one for a different family member!

This arrived last night. Slept with it on and leg propped up. Achilles feels great, this coupled with therapy may get me back running. I plan on buying a second one and using them after each run as preventative medicine on my Achilles. I can't say enough good things about this product. Buy it if you have Achilles Tendinitis.
