    "Green" is Good!

I have been wearing the green Super Feet inserts in my workout shoes for many years. When I buy a new pair of workout shoes, the insoles that come with the shoes comes out and I replace them with the green inserts. I've never had an issue with them. They have served me very well! I have recommended these inserts to many people.

Great Support - Work as Advertised

As I've gotten older - I've developed some foot issues - my feet have flatted out with age and I've likely lost some 'padding' and flexibility - in addition to normal deterioration associated with age, over use, etc. That said - I'm still very active and these superfeet insoles really do provide noticeable additional support. These insoles are not 'cushy' - they are 'supportive' - which is different. There are some company sponsored youtube videos that explain the difference and how/why these insoles work - and bottom line is that they perform as advertised. Bottom line is that these insoles are NOT cheap - though Holabird has the best price (inclusive of their rebate) that I've found - but they work as advertised and are something that I use for all my running, tennis, & hiking shoes. They also sell a 'low volume' model for dress/cycling shoes - that I haven't tried - but would assume work well. I've also used the 'blue' model and they work well too - slightly less volume. You can move these from shoe to shoe - but since I use them for all my sport shoes - I've just bitten the bullet and gotten insoles for all my shoes - because - at least for me - they make a difference . I recommend these insoles for anyone who has foot issues and if you are wanting to be proactive about preventing future foot issues - which should be just about everyone. I know from experience that it's easy to overlook your feet - till they start bothering you/ causing you problems - and then it…

    The best insoles!

Love these insoles! As a runner, I started wearing after having plantar issues. At first, a bit hard to get used to. Have been wearing for some time now and they are very comfortable and most important... great support. I never have any foot, ankle or shin injuries/issues, etc... These insoles basically line up your foot and body. These insoles last a very long time. Typically last for a full year, or about 1,000 miles per year.
