For what I paid for this I can get more bang for my buck going with other brands similar to tailwind.
Also I prefer other brands taste to tailwind. It is weird.
I've been using this product for about 2 years. Through marathon training and events, and Half-Ironman training and triathlons, I have found Tailwind to be easy to digest, cause no stomach issues, and delivers needed nutrition for long endurance events. I still supplement with some solid carbs (Honey Stingers and Bloks typically) but train almost exclusively with Tailwind. Great product! Highly recommended.
There is no metallic, chemical aftertaste, very pleasant flavors (although the NKAED is the best). I have tried MANY mixes and this one is the real deal and exceptionally well-tolerated- no GI upset, no cramps. please consider trying a sample or two- you will NOT be disappointed!
