As Seen In... Outside Magazine Reviews the Saucony Kinvara 4 & Asics GEL Nimbus 15
The June issue of Outside magazine has a great little article called "Foot Feel."

They start with the all-important question, "Are you a midfooter or a heel striker?" And go on to recommend shoes for those two runners and quite a few in between. Here are some of their picks for "Midfooters seeking cushioning" and "Seeks of a more natural stride."

The Saucony Kinvara 4, aptly named The Marathoner by Outside falls under "Midfooters seeking cushioning." According to Outside, the "Kinvara has the natural, flat-footed feel of an aggressive minimalist shoe, but when you land its pillowy soft." We couldn't agree more. Read more of Outside magazine's review of the Saucony Kinvara 4.

They gave one of our very favorite shoes, the Asics GEL Nimbus 15, the moniker The Cruiser. They mention the flat heel which "gently pushes runners to land on their midfoot" and the "ample foam beneath the heel to buffer the impact of strikes." If you've read our review then you know that we love the extra cushioning in this update. Read everything Outside magazine has to say about our favorite Asics Gel Nimbus 15.
