Tennis great Roger Federer has backed squash entering the 2020 Olympics. His endorsement came after meeting Nicol David, women's world No. 1 in squash.
Professional Cricketers Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag and Harbhajan Singh are also backing squash for the 2020 Olympics.
Squash is competing for a spot against baseball, karate, rollersports, sport climbing, wakeboarding, wrestling and wushu.
An upcoming International Olympic Committee meeting has been scheduled in St. Petersburg, hopefully we'll have our answer then.
