Updated Flex Grooves
In order to allow the shoe to move and flex with each runner's uniquely shaped foot, updates were made to the flex grooves in the midsole and outsole that encourage a natural progression through the gait cycle. Additionally, the DNA LOFT heel crash pad is softer than ever, ensuring you stay comfortable for the duration of your run—no matter how long it may be.

Upper
The brand-new dual-layer FlexFit upper has two components: an inner layer that's thinner and sock-like, and an outer layer that's breathable and durable. This update slightly reduced the shoe's overall weight.
Midsole
GuideRails on both the medial and lateral side provide holistic support. This on-demand stability system is there when you need it and out of the way when you don't. A softer DNA LOFT heel crash pad offers soft landings.
Outsole
The Adrenaline GTS 20 brings updated flex grooves on the midsole and outsole give your foot the freedom to move naturally, resulting in a more efficient gait pattern and increased comfort during your run.
